| The evolution of our iconic VILMAN is a very warm, lightweight and very compressible insulating jacket with hood filled with premium recycled down, made from recycled fabric on the inside and windproof 12D Pertex(R) Quantum(R) on the outside. Its ergonomic design and the fabrics used offer an exceptional level of comfort. - Filled with recycled white goose down (170 g). - GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified down, guaranteeing traceability and good practices in the supply chain. - Down with a fill-power of 800 cuins (FP800), which gives it a very high heat capacity with a very low weight. - 2 pockets for the hands with large storage capacity + 1 chest pocket, all with zips. - Adjustable hem and hood with elastic drawstring. - Flexible double hood visor for better vision and protection with the hood up. - Cuffs with invisible inner Lycra to prevent the entry of cold or wind. - Hood adjustable with one hand. - Transport/compression bag included. - PFC-free water-repellent treatment (DWR). - BLUESIGN(R) certified fabrics and filling. - 20D lining in recycled polyester from the recycling of post-consumer plastic bottles. |

Pertex Quantum® is a very light fabric. It is a real featherweight with at 30 g/m2. It uses the thinnest possible thread and highest number of strands. Being lighter doesn't mean it's more delicate. Pertex Quantum® proves this by having the best strength to weight ratio. The resistance to tear and extreme use, as well as the strength of the seams, is very good considering the strength of the material. The dense Pertex Quantum® fabric also makes it resistant to feathers. It can be used in several high-end products such as sleeping bags, down jackets, and materials for expeditions. 
The recycled down comes from used bedding and clothing, which have reached the end of their useful life. Normally, the down and feather filling has a longer useful life than the finished products. Therefore we can extract the feather and down from these products. The down is classified and processed to meet cleanliness standards and other performance requirements. The NEOKDUN recycled down must be subjected to an innovative process in order to ensure full cleanliness and better performance as a filling for our products. The process is environmentally friendly and does not use harmful chemicals. 
Microshell technical fabric is technologically developed based on ultra-fine synthetic microfibers, which makes it a lightweight, highly breathable and windproof fabric. It contains a PFC-free (free of fluorocarbons) water repellent treatment. It is also downproof and fiberproof.
