Informative clause for the “Newsletter” form

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, I declare that I have been informed and give my consent for my personal data to be added to the file called “NEWSLETTER TERNUA”, previously notified to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, and which is the responsibility of IMPORT ARRASATE, S.A., and for it to be used to send me, via email, informative newsletters or bulletins, news, or commercial information on offers, promotions, discounts and new products, all related to the textile sector and sports.

The company's files, premises and processing systems comply with the necessary technical and organisational security measures, as required by article 9 of the LOPD, and Title VIII of the RLOPD, to guarantee the security of the personal data and to avoid their unauthorised alteration, loss, processing or access.

I declare that I have been informed of the possibility to exercise the right of access, amendment, removal and objection to the holding of such data, expressly recognised by the LOPD, by means of a written and signed request addressed to IMPORT ARRASATE, S.A. in Polígono Industrial Kataide, 25B – 20500 Arrasate-Mondragón (Guipúzcoa), or by sending an email to infor@ternua.com, attaching a photocopy of my National ID card in either case and indicating Solicitud ARCO as the reference. In the event of changes to my personal information I must notify the company of these using the same address, and the company accepts no liability should I fail to do so.
